How to Join Leagues
- Create an account with valid email and WhatsApp number
- Browse available leagues (free or paid)
- For paid leagues, complete payment via MPESA or PayPal
- Wait for league confirmation via email
- Check fixtures once league starts
Match Rules
Game Settings:
- FC Mobile (latest version)
- Online Friendly Match mode
- Half length: 5 minutes (default)
- Difficulty: Professional or higher
Match Coordination:
- Contact opponent via WhatsApp (number provided)
- Agree on match time within 7 days of fixture
- Both players must confirm match time
- No-shows result in automatic forfeit (0-3 loss)
Result Submission Guidelines
Screenshot Required
All match results MUST be submitted with valid screenshot proof
Requirements:
- Screenshot must show final score clearly
- Both team names must be visible
- Match date/time should be visible if possible
- No photo editing or manipulation
- Submit within 24 hours of match completion
Submission Process:
- Go to "Submit Results" page
- Select your fixture from dropdown
- Enter score (your score, opponent score)
- Upload screenshot (drag & drop or click to browse)
- Submit for admin review (if enabled)

Ranking Order:
- Total Points (highest first)
- Goal Difference (GF - GA)
- Goals Scored
- Head-to-head record (if applicable)
Fair Play & Conduct
Zero Tolerance Policy
The following actions will result in immediate ban:
- Submitting fake or manipulated screenshots
- Reporting incorrect scores deliberately
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Sharing account credentials
- Match fixing or collusion
Expected Conduct:
- Respect all opponents and admins
- Respond to messages within reasonable time
- Play all scheduled fixtures
- Report issues promptly and honestly
- Accept admin decisions gracefully
Disputes & Appeals
If you disagree with a result or have an issue:
- Contact Support - Email support@apex-fc.com or message via WhatsApp
- Provide Evidence - Include screenshots, chat logs, or any relevant proof
- Wait for Review - Admins will review within 48 hours
- Accept Decision - Admin decision is final and binding
Note: Repeated frivolous appeals may result in warnings or suspension.
Payment Terms (Paid Leagues)
Entry Fees:
- Payment must be completed before league start date
- Accepted methods: MPESA (via PesaPal STK Push), PayPal
- Entry fees are non-refundable once league starts
- Failed payments will result in removal from league
Prize Distribution:
- Prizes awarded to top 3 finishers (varies by league)
- Typical split: 50% (1st), 30% (2nd), 20% (3rd)
- Prizes paid within 7 days of league completion
- Winners contacted via email and WhatsApp
- Payment via MPESA or PayPal (winner's choice)
Transparency: All entry fees collected are used for prize pool. APEX takes no commission from prize money.
