By accessing and using the APEX FC Tournament platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. User Registration
To participate in tournaments, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Tournament Rules
All participants must adhere to the specific rules and regulations of each tournament they join. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and potential suspension from the platform.
4. Payments and Refunds
Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has started or as specified in the specific tournament rules. We use secure third-party payment processors for all transactions.
5. Code of Conduct
Users are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect towards other players and administrators. Harassment, cheating, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
6. Limitation of Liability
APEX FC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
